Sural Hotel Side, Side

My stay at Sural Hotel was quite a mix. The beach is absolutely stunning, wide and sandy with plenty of sunbeds. The food was really tasty, especially the a la carte dinners. However, the room we first received was disappointing, damp, and not what I expected from a five-star hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my time here but encountered some issues that need attention.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made the experience exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, particularly enjoying the diverse a la carte options. Although the beach access was fantastic, the evening entertainment could be improved slightly to match the lively atmosphere during the day.

We had a delightful stay at Süral hotel, enjoying the amazing beach and friendly atmosphere. My daughter loved the kids club and pool, while the food was delicious and diverse. However, some areas like the rooms could use updates and maintenance, which was a slight downside.

I had a fantastic time at this resort, with its beautiful sprawling green areas and a stunning, spacious beach that was never crowded. One downside was the language barrier with the staff, who primarily spoke Russian and German, which made communication tougher. Also, the snack bar had limited hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations.
